When Augusta's sister Local - Charlotte Local 312 - had an open house to showcase their new training center to area decision-makers, the brothers and sisters of Local 283 were quick to lend a helping hand! Our members took the time to perform hands-on demonstrations side-by-side with their North Carolina fellow members: Everything from scaffolding and flooring to concrete forms and millwork. The results were perfect. Many Charlotte construction industry members saw the skills and professionalism that a union carpenter provides, every day!
