Hey Augusta members, who’s ready to take that next step on the career ladder and become a Journeyman leader?
The Southeastern Carpenters will send journeymen interested in becoming a leader in the Union Hall and on the job site to the UBC Journeymen: Building Leadership for a Strong Future training on December 8-10 at the UBC’s International Training Center in Las Vegas, NV.
In this training, journeymen develop leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills, and learn to engage with newer members and lead by example, all while promoting positive work environments and productivity on the job.
